Job description:
NKU Technologies is hiring an experienced Sr. Full Stack (Angular + .NET) Developer with strong database expertise to join our growing development team.
Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using Angular and .NET..
  • Architect, write, and optimize complex database queries, stored procedures, and schemas (SQL Server or equivalent) for performance, scalability, and data integrity..
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best software development practices..
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and QA engineers to deliver seamless solutions..
  • Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and ensure efficient communication between client and server..
  • Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and maintainability..
  • Support application migration strategies, code refactoring, dependency upgrades, and backward compatibility..
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members..
  • Ensure software security by implementing authentication, authorization, and data encryption..
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering their professional growth..
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar) to speed up coding, debugging, and code review..
  • Participate in DevOps workflows, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment processes..
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies to maintain high-quality standards..
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues..
  • Stay current with emerging frontend and backend technologies to continuously enhance project performance and productivity..
  • Contribute to technical documentation and maintain clear communication across teams..

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field..
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with backend technologies e.g. .NET Core, Entity Framework, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/7/8..
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working across multiple Angular versions, including upgrading applications to the latest Angular releases (v18–v20 preferred)..
  • Hands-on experience with React.js..
  • Experience with microservices architecture..
  • Strong database skills, including complex SQL queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning..
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with proven experience working directly with international clients.
  • Hands-on exposure to AI development tools and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git, containerization, or similar)..
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills..
  • Prior experience working on healthcare / health-tech projects..
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, Agile environment..

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud..
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes..
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices..
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra)..
