About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric to develop scalable BI and analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Build end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2, OneLake, and Notebooks.
- Develop and optimize DAX, Power Query (M), and data models.
- Design and manage ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Integrate Power BI with SQL Server, Azure services, Excel, APIs, and other data sources.
- Implement RLS, workspace governance, and access controls.
- Optimize report performance, queries, and data refreshes.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into BI solutions.
- Ensure data quality and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-4 years of Power BI development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
- Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data modeling.
- Experience with ETL/ELT and data warehousing.
- Knowledge of Azure data services is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred
- PL-300 or Microsoft Fabric certification.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Enterprise or multinational client reporting experience.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
