Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Media Security Certification Manager to lead and oversee security certification programs across our global Media Studios and Gaming operations. Headquartered in the United States, our company operates more than 200 offices worldwide and generates over $2 billion in annual revenue. This role is responsible for ensuring that our facilities, technologies, and operational processes comply with customer-specific security requirements and industry standards, protecting valuable intellectual property and digital content assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage global media security certification programs across Media Studios and Gaming operations.
- Oversee assessments and audits related to customer and industry security requirements.
- Drive compliance initiatives involving TPN, Netflix Partner Security Requirements, MPA Content Security Best Practices, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other applicable frameworks.
- Develop and maintain certification roadmaps, remediation plans, and continuous improvement programs.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure timely remediation of identified security gaps.
- Partner with studio operations, gaming teams, IT, engineering, facilities, and business stakeholders to implement and maintain security controls.
- Manage customer security assessments, due diligence requests, and audit activities.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, standards, and evidence repositories.
- Coordinate with external auditors, certification bodies, and customers.
- Monitor emerging threats and evolving media and gaming security requirements.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to security and compliance personnel.
- Prepare executive reports and metrics regarding certification status, risks, and compliance initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Information Technology, Media Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in information security, compliance, auditing, media security, or gaming security, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Experience managing certification programs and customer security assessments in media, entertainment, or gaming environments.
- Strong knowledge of TPN, Netflix Partner Security Requirements, MPA Content Security Best Practices, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, identity and access management, endpoint security, and content protection controls.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor are highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
